Casa Santa Lucia is located in one of Merida’s most beautiful and convenient neighborhoods in the heart of Merida’s historic center. The park of Santa Lucia 2 blocks away hosts the popular Merida en Domingo and handicraft market. The boulevard Paseo de Montejo starts 3 blocks from our home offering a beautiful promenade with many popular cafes and shops.
This unique vacation home is ideal for a small family or friends to share. The ground floor has a spacious entry, modern kitchen and contemporary living room of which over looks the garden and pool. The house is decorated with a mix of antiques and comfortable modern furniture. There are seating and dining areas at both ends of the pool.
Upstairs are two master suites. One bedroom has a private terrace overlooking the pool and garden. The other has a seating area and is large enough to add a daybed. Both bedrooms are equipped with queen beds and air conditioning. There are 3 large comfy bathrooms 2 with both showers and tubs. There is another terrace on the roof that overlooks the city and is ideal for drinks in the evening or sunning mid day.
