upstairs terrace the sun sets with stunning views over the
lagoon. A lagoon from which you can explore ancient Mayan
canals and ruins. The property has many open areas and terraces
where you can relax or dine in the sun or shade.
The cuisine of the house is of the freshest
ingredients and reflects the owners Euro-Mexican roots. The
cook can also tailor meals to fit your specific tastes or
diet. Other options are the fine restaurants lining the beach
along the Boca Paila Peninsula just minutes away. There are
more restaurants, cafes and bars in the town of Tulum which
is a 25 minute drive. For fashion, shopping and serious night
life Playa del Carmen is about an hour away. But with all
the best intentions you may find you never leave home.
The bedrooms are air conditioned with guilt-free
solar and wind power. The king size master bedroom suite
has it’s own private terrace and ensuite bathroom.
On the other side of the property are two bedrooms, one a
king the other has two double beds. Each room has a balcony
and they share a large terrace and bathroom. There are two
dining areas but you may chose dine anywhere on the property
or picnic on the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and
